As a Consultant - HCM & Travel Management, you will provide Level 2 functional support for SAP HCM, with a focus on Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management. You will handle day-to-day incident resolution within agreed SLAs, support payroll and travel cycles, perform configuration changes, prepare functional documentation, assist with testing activities, and work closely with cross-functional and Tier 3 teams to ensure smooth and compliant system operations. To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote support environment.
