Requirements

3+ years of proven success in HCM or Payroll sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Relationship-builder who leads with integrity and curiosity
