About The Position

As an Implementation Consultant, you work collaboratively with our customers to implement our exciting portfolio of performance management solutions, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategy Management, Financial and Management Reporting, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Profitability Reporting. You will manage the day-to-day activities with customers across the different phases of the implementation process, including system design, configuration, training, and deployment. You will translate business needs into demonstrable capabilities in the application and modify our products to align with specific customer requirements. In this role, you will: Analyze Financial Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, and Capital Planning), Financial Reporting, and Profitability processes and data requirements within customer organizations to provide objective advice on the use of information technology to satisfy business needs. Work collaboratively with customers at all levels (executive to end-user) to design and implement a uniquely tailored software solution. Demonstrate flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, project management experience, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a finance role (e.g., Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst) within a bank or credit union, with an interest in continued growth and development.
  • Hands-on experience working with or implementing similar financial applications, with a strong understanding of Excel and experience building complex financial models; familiarity with dashboard design is a plus.
  • FP&A experience is required for this role.
  • Experience with annual budgeting processes, financial analysis, forecasting, and profitability analytics, preferably as they apply to financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of database structures, preferably across multiple environments, including SQL Server.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to adapt and think creatively to solve problems.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for being part of a growing business.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. to customer locations up to 20–35% as needed.
