The Global Customer Business Unit (GCBU) Account Manager acts as a vital member of the Account Management team, providing comprehensive support for the operational management of complex customer programs and projects. This role contributes directly to ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery, supporting the achievement of critical operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and meeting defined program goals. The Account Manager works closely with the GCBU leadership team, coordinating execution activities across internal functions (Sales, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) to ensure collaborative execution and customer satisfaction. The preferred candidate will be based in the Bay Area. Travel requirements dependent on candidate location but anticipated to be up to 25%.
