As a consultant, you will actively contribute to performance improvement projects across various industries, including aerospace and food & beverages, with sites worldwide. Our consultants travel extensively across Canada and the US (Monday to Friday) to drive meaningful and lasting change.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in consulting, continuous improvement, Lean management, or operational excellence.
• Strong coaching skills, natural ability to connect with people, and familiarity with change management.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada and the US every week.
• Located near a major international airport.
• Full and valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work (permanent residence or citizenship)

• Experience in manufacturing environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong analytical skills (Lean management, KPIs, process optimization) and exceptional coaching abilities to drive organizational transformation.
• Quickly build relationships with all levels of management teams to foster engagement, drive results and overcome resistance to change.
• Implement Lean tools such as Gemba Walks, Value Stream Mapping, and Short Interval Control to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze processes, communication channels, and management systems to identify and execute high-impact improvement initiatives.
• Effectively analyze and optimize our clients’ utilization of management operating systems.
• Use our proprietary KBIs tracking system to monitor behavioral improvements.
• Deploy Utrakk, our daily management system, to support operational performance and issue resolution.
