Ability to elicit business requirements into clear reporting, technical configurations, and development solutions aligned with insurance workflows. Strong P&C business acumen, with understanding of insurance operations (e.g., sales, claims, underwriting, policy servicing) and ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes. Experience with business process management and workflow automation tools (such as SS&C AWD/Chorus) and configuration strategies to drive efficiency and consistency. Proven data analysis skillset, including data extraction, SQL or other query languages for data validation and troubleshooting, and mapping data across systems. Basic knowledge of APIs, web services, and data mapping for system integrations. Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile or product operating model environment, collaborating with Product teams, technology partners, and external vendors. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. This is a remote position. You will be responsible for measuring progress against business outcomes and timelines ensuring the technology solution aligns to the business strategy and delivers expected business benefit measured by adoption of changes. You'll provide key support and insights to the Business Capability Owner, representing the customer point of view while also examining processes and practices to determine how to best support the outcomes.
