A successful Business Analysis, Analyst at Fiserv works with skilled professionals to analyze business requirements, identify improvement areas, and help develop effective solutions. Requirements
- Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management
- 3.0+ GPA
- 0-2 years of professional work experience
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
- Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports.
- Support data gathering and analysis efforts.
- Offer innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions.
