About The Position

Our Agile Scrum Masters play a critical role in enabling high‑performing teams by guiding the effective use of Scrum and scaled Agile practices. This role focuses on advancing engineering quality, Agile maturity, and delivery effectiveness , while emphasizing AI and tool enablement, data‑driven decision-making, and the removal of delivery obstacles . As a Consultant, Agile Scrum Master , you will drive the adoption of Scrum and scaled Agile frameworks aligned to varying levels of Agile maturity, applying industry best practices to improve throughput and accelerate delivery of both new and existing products. Your work will directly support Dell Technologies’ ability to bring innovative solutions to market faster and at greater scale. Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as part of the Agile Scrum Master Team in Hopkinton, Massachusetts; Austin Texas; Seattle WA or RTP, NC As a Consultant, Agile Scrum Master within the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) , you will act as a consultant, mentor, and coach to teams responsible for delivering multiple, concurrent initiatives. You will partner closely with Product Owners, scaled Product Owners, senior leaders, and multiple Scrum, and scaled Scrum teams to coordinate development efforts using Agile principles and Scrum‑based tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Agile initiatives, with a strong background in the software development lifecycle and driving organizational transformation
  • 4+ years of experience leading Agile training sessions, workshops, planning events, and ways‑of‑working initiatives, including development of supporting materials and documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts, and roles, as well as tools supporting Scrum and scaled Agile delivery
  • Proven ability to effectively partner with and influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams; strong mentoring and coaching capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience as a proactive change agent, with strong organizational awareness and conflict‑resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the ISG product portfolio and drive engineering quality and Agile process improvements , partnering closely with Product Owners on backlog management, refinement, and intake of new work
  • Teach and mentor cross‑functional teams to build, sustain, and strengthen Agile values , Scrum, and Scrum@Scale practices, including enabling teams with appropriate AI tools and data-driven insights
  • Foster an Agile mindset by modeling and teaching Agile values, lean thinking, and technical practices that underpin effective Agile delivery
  • Ensure the right Agile metrics and key performance indicators are defined, tracked, and monitored; proactively identify delivery risks and support teams in implementing corrective actions
  • Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement , establishing goals for Agile maturity and holding yourself and teams accountable for progress
