Requirements
- 8–10 years in IT with 3–5 years as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience in enterprise Agile transformations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand -ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments to team progress.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs.
- Track and report delivery metrics.
