What You'll Do as a Construction Worker/Driver Drive crew, tools, and materials safely to and from job sites as a crew driver Assist with pole barn construction, garage building, and exterior remodeling. Support roofing, siding, framing, and general hands-on construction tasks Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean Travel mostly within one hour of Dalmatia, PA
Requirements
- Experienced: Skilled in safely driving a dually truck and trailer.
- Dependable: Team-oriented and punctual construction laborer
- Active: Able to bend, kneel, stand, comfortably climb ladders & roofs, lift 50-80 lbs., and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Respectful: Uses clean language, maintains a neat appearance, and upholds faith-based values.
- Willing to Learn: Brings a strong work ethic and openness to gaining new skills in construction.
- Must Provide: Basic hand tools required (all power tools provided)
Responsibilities
- Drive crew, tools, and materials safely to and from job sites as a crew driver
- Assist with pole barn construction, garage building, and exterior remodeling.
- Support roofing, siding, framing, and general hands-on construction tasks
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean
- Travel mostly within one hour of Dalmatia, PA
Benefits
- $23-$27/hour, depending on experience
- Year-round, steady work (average 50-55 hours/week)
