Requirements

  • Experience in Construction Industry
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • Understanding construction material procurement and transport.
  • Addressing daily logistics disruptions.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and project management software.
  • Bridging gaps between warehouse operations and project managers.
  • Proficient computer skills, excel and outlook a must
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills.

Responsibilities

  • Running laborers for cleaning sites and temp facilities.
  • Deliveries
  • Managing rentals
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels for construction materials to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating the receiving of materials and dispatching them to project sites.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA and company-specific health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Managing laborers, warehouse staff, including loaders, drivers, and inventory specialists.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing data to streamline operations and improve, warehouse efficiency.
