The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of a capital construction program, renovation projects and new hospital construction projects within Phelps Health. This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including outside consultants, construction managers, contractors, architects, and state officials, to ensure the successful execution of complex healthcare facility projects. The Construction Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of Facilities and Support Services and is responsible for delivering a high-quality construction program that meet all regulatory requirements, adhere to budget constraints, and align with Phelps Health’s strategic goals.
