IDS is seeking Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support secure construction operations at sensitive facilities in Colorado. CSTs are responsible for conducting continuous security monitoring, inspections, and surveillance of construction activities to deter technical penetrations and prevent the introduction of prohibited or clandestine collection devices. CSTs supplement site access controls, monitor construction personnel and materials, and ensure all construction activities comply with approved Construction Security Plans (CSPs), ICD 705 requirements, and project design documentation. CSTs report directly to the Site Security Manager (SSM) and are responsible for timely reporting of all security incidents, anomalies, and concerns. Staffing levels may fluctuate based on construction progress but will not exceed seven (7) CSTs during construction hours. Two CSTs may serve as Lead CSTs —one supporting data hall operations and one supporting office construction activities.
