Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Familiarity with tools like: Procore and Bluebeam
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day construction site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and inspection
- Enforcing safety compliance
- Keeping projects on schedule and budget
- Manage subcontractors and crews on-site
