We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee K-8 school construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational facility construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with at least 3 years in K-8 school construction.
Strong knowledge of educational facility requirements and building codes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Builder trend).

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities for K-8 school projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections and progress reporting.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain strong communication with school district representatives and stakeholders.
