About The Position

Roof Worx is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead and develop a team of Project Managers while overseeing high-level projects and key accounts. This role owns team performance, profitability, operational discipline, and customer satisfaction. The Sr. PM is responsible for driving revenue growth, protecting gross margins, enforcing quality standards, and building a high-performing, accountable team. This position requires strong construction knowledge, insurance restoration expertise, and proven leadership ability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years roofing or exterior construction experience.
  • 3+ years leadership or team management experience preferred.
  • Strong insurance restoration and supplement negotiation background.
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and accountability.
  • Technology proficient (CRM, estimating, reporting tools).
  • Valid driver’s license; able to walk roofs safely.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Project Managers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and job audits.
  • Hold team accountable for revenue, margin, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop ongoing training to improve closing ratios and supplement accuracy.
  • Maintain strong team culture and professionalism.
  • Monitor team revenue and gross profit performance.
  • Review job costing and margin reports.
  • Ensure supplements are properly identified and negotiated.
  • Identify trends in production issues, call-backs, and margin leakage.
  • Drive referral network growth and consistent 5-star customer experiences.
  • Ensure proper material ordering, permitting, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and documentation.
  • Audit job files for completeness and compliance.
  • Oversee escalated or complex projects.
  • Assist with difficult insurance negotiations when needed.
  • Support complex deal closures.
  • Strengthen referral relationships (property managers, realtors, insurance agents, HOAs).
  • Reinforce Roof Worx’s relationship-driven, professional lead generation model.
  • Must be capable of personally managing projects from inspection through final payment, including insurance claim management and production oversight.
