About The Position

The core business of the Energy Solutions division is the delivery of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs), which are a method to upgrade and renovate facilities in a budget-neutral or budget-positive manner. This is achieved by redirecting funds typically spent on utilities towards facility upgrades. The process encompasses scope development, design, bidding, construction management, commissioning, measurement and verification, and ongoing energy management services. The company is recognized for designing highly energy-efficient buildings, including numerous zero energy buildings, and possesses extensive expertise in the Guaranteed ESPC market.
