The SSHO responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of the Sealaska Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to ensure that operations are performed in compliance with requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement for the project specific task order. This role will also be required to be on site at all times during construction or anytime cleanup operations are being performed to implement the Site-Specific Health & Safety Plan (SSHP); the qualified individual will also demonstrate authority to shut down site work if / when Health and Safety becomes an issue. This in an on-call, hourly, on-site opportunity in Juneau, Alaska. Only local applicants will be considered.
