About The Position
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Site Clean-Up Workers to help maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site. This role is essential to supporting construction crews by keeping work areas free of debris and hazards throughout the project.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and clear construction sites of debris, trash, and leftover materials
- Sweep, shovel, and remove dust, dirt, and rubble from work areas
- Load and unload materials and dispose of waste properly
- Assist skilled trades as needed with general labor tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment at all times
