About The Position

Clearwater Construction is currently accepting resumes for a Shop/Yard Laborer. Must be able to pass a drug test. Experience with a construction company is helpful. Good pay, benefits, vacation, 401K. Job requirements include maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Shop/Yard facility, perform selected maintenance, light janitorial duties and moving tools/equipment around. This person will be required to perform light maintenance on tools, equipment and the company's fleet. This position also requires field office setup on job sites. Those requirements include: set up of job trailers with furniture and equipment, familiarity with electrical wiring, and coordinating/interfacing with power and cable companies in order to set up service. The Shop/Yard Laborer may necessitate light carpentry and/or laborer duties at times. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older with a good driving record. QUALIFICATIONS General knowledge of commercial construction materials and tools and their specifications. Ability to lift and move up to 50 + pounds. Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, and bend over to lift and move objects. The ability to take direction from multiple supervisors. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
