Northeast Power Dry is urgently hiring a Re-Construction Project Manager for a full-time position in NJ. Dispatched from home. Must be located in New Jersey! Northeast Power Dry is seeking a Re-Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry, to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field.
  • Note: While a degree is preferred, Northeast Power Dry recognizes that life/work experience speaks volumes to a candidate’s capabilities
  • Daily territory travel by company car
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Within Salesforce, completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
  • Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner
  • Building estimates using Matterport software into production
  • Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
  • Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
  • Ensure through an effective liaison relationship, the insurance adjuster approves the estimate
  • Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
  • Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
  • Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff, and leadership
  • Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
  • Maintaining safety standards at all times
