About The Position

The Construction Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing new machine and attachment sale orders, managing machine reservation requests, and updating COTI as directed. This role provides essential administrative support to the Sales Department, including documentation processes and backing up work tool orders. Additional duties may be assigned to foster skill expansion and contribute to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience in administrative support and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.

Responsibilities

  • Process new machine and attachment sale orders in NAXT and COTI.
  • Process new machine reservation requests and manage old reservations.
  • Update COTI as directed and notify appropriate Sales Department staff.
  • Support department in the documentation process.
  • Back-up support for the Work tool orders.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs.
