Requirements

  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • 3 or more years experience in sales prospecting, negotiating and account management is required
  • Experience using Microsoft Office computer programs e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheets, calendars, etc.
  • Familiarity with or the ability to learn our service area of South Central Wisconsin
  • Ability to self-direct in accomplishing the coordination and decision making responsibilities of this position

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience or construction industry experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Seek out new contractors and job-site personnel to build/maintain relationships for future business
  • Retention of existing portfolio by building and maintaining a strong rapport with key accounts
  • Complete necessary RFP's/marketing material and present to clients in the field
  • Field customer phone calls relating to services on new or current accounts
  • Act as a first-line liaison between customers and the company ensuring their needs/expectations are met
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving services while being committed to excellent customer service
  • Utilize our CRM tools to establish target groups for mailings, follow-up calls and sales calls
