About The Position
We’re hiring a Construction / Roofing Sales Representative to drive residential and light commercial roofing sales. This role focuses on generating new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting projects from initial contact through contract signing.
Requirements
- Experience in roofing, construction sales, or in-home sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers face-to-face
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage roofing sales leads through canvassing, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and scopes for roofing projects
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and maintain relationships
