You may be a great fit if you bring: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality work Comfort working outdoors in active construction environments Professional communication skills with contractors, project teams, and the public Basic to advanced math skills and ability to interpret construction drawings Flexibility to work across multiple project sites A commitment to learning, accountability, and continuous improvement A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance Experience with construction, inspection, surveying, municipal infrastructure, or CAD is a plus—but not required. Candidates with significant experience (10+ years) may take on advanced leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
