Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to evaluate construction project experience and technical knowledge
• Understanding of construction roles (project management, estimating, engineering, field leadership)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
• Experience recruiting for professional or technical roles required

Nice To Haves

• Construction industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for professional construction roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and job boards
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical expertise, project experience, and leadership ability
• Assess qualifications such as degrees, certifications, and project portfolios
• Coordinate and manage the full interview process with executives and project leaders
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates
• Support hiring for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
