POSITION OVERVIEW Candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive schedules for the United States Space Command Headquarters Facility and other associated projects. This role requires the ability to integrate data from multiple sources into a master schedule and communicate schedule status and potential risks to project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience providing oversight on complex, commercial or industrial-scale construction projects with a value of $100M or greater.
  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on complex construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to pull data from multiple sources (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, subcontractor reports) and integrate it into a master schedule.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to predict issues and communicate gaps
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of project personnel.
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) for construction projects from the planning phase through to completion, to include facility occupancy
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to include the information technology construction subcontractor, to gather data and ensure all project activities are accurately reflected in the schedule.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including subcontractor schedules, material delivery schedules, and resource availability plans, into a single, cohesive project schedule.
  • Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances, and analyze potential impacts on project deadlines.
  • Prepare and present regular schedule reports, dashboards, and status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions to mitigate schedule delays and optimize project timelines.
  • Maintain all schedule-related documentation and records.
