Responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work extended shifts when required and shortened shifts when workload allows.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with, and under the direction of Project Directors in a collaborative effort to meet project and project stakeholder goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project notes on a daily basis to clearly document job progress and activities inside of company assigned software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously and take the necessary actions to ensure each job is completed properly and efficiently.
  • Assist with material procurement as needed, including picking up and transporting materials when deliveries are unavailable or urgent needs arise. This may include lifting and carrying heavy materials.
  • Take field measurements and detailed estimating notes to support project planning and documentation.
  • Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members, always facilitating appropriate communication and representation of the company.
  • Prepare and submit required project reports for each assigned project.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and demonstrate a commitment to doing whatever is necessary to see projects through to successful completion.
