Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred, however an equivalent combination of extensive industry experience and proven project management capability will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 15 years of relevant experience in project management, CAPEX execution, facility construction and layout, ESP operations, and LEAN process improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, facility layouts, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress against established plans, promptly identifying and addressing technical, operational, or logistical issues that impact ESP performance or project delivery
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
  • Prepare regular progress reports summarizing project metrics, equipment performance data, cost tracking, and schedule updates
  • Facilitate project team meetings – including engineering, field operations, vendors, and supply chain—to ensure alignment on deliverables and risks
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
  • Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring all changes are appropriately documented and communicated
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required to ensure timely and quality project execution
  • Conduct post‑deployment evaluations to capture lessons learned, equipment performance insights, and opportunities for design or operational optimization
  • Support preparation and submission of project funding packages or grant applications when applicable, coordinating technical and financial inputs with Permian leadership team
  • Serve as liaison with funding sources, external partners, and internal stakeholders to communicate project objectives, requirements, and follow-up documentation
