We are seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to support our team at Anchor Management Group, experts in vertical construction and project management. Delivering end-to-end design-build capabilities for elite facilities, Anchor Management Group specializing in Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Engineering, Design-Build, Pre-Construction, and Construction Management services. The Project Manager will be working from the Conshohocken office, reporting to the Director of Project Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The Project Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure that deadlines are met and will be expected to provide regular updates on progress. Requirements

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience on projects exceeding $5 million in value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of site work and vertical construction
  • Proficiency with Project Management software (Bluebeam Revu, Procore software).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication abilities
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments while realigning strategies as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with design, contracts, and client objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control to meet financial and timeline targets.
  • Serve as primary liaison with clients, design teams, and consultants, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate constructability reviews, value engineering, scope alignment, and design development with field execution.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, constructability, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead project meetings and oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications with accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to align sequencing, methods, and site logistics.
  • Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, turnover documentation, and final financial reconciliation.
