You don't just manage projects - you drive them forward. You're at your best walking job sites, solving real problems, coordinating trades, and pushing work to completion. You understand the pace and pressure of fix-and-flip and renovation projects, where timelines matter, decisions are constant, and execution makes or breaks returns. You take pride in running tight projects, holding contractors accountable, and keeping work moving without excuses. This role is built for a Construction Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving renovation environments, values structure and clarity, and wants ownership over real projects - not theory, paperwork, or endless meetings. As a Construction Project Manager at Simplified Management, you will lead and support active fix-and-flip and renovation projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is a hands-on role focused on execution: managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and on-site activity from start to close. You'll work closely with the Leadership team while independently running day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in renovation-heavy environments, can step into projects midstream, and consistently delivers clean, on-time results. Simplified Management is a fast-growing property and construction management company overseeing more than 900 units across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. We specialize in fix-and-flip projects, renovations, and new construction, partnering closely with long-term contractors and trusted trade teams. Our culture is execution-driven, accountability-focused, and built around clear communication and ownership. We don't overcomplicate the work - we expect our team to understand priorities, make smart decisions, and follow through. As we scale, we invest in people who take responsibility seriously and want to grow alongside the company through real project exposure and leadership development. If you have strong fix-and-flip or renovation experience and want a role where your work directly impacts project outcomes, we want to hear from you. This position is best suited for Construction Project Managers who can step in, take ownership, and deliver results. If you're looking for hands-on responsibility, real accountability, and room to grow through performance - apply now.
