What You'll Do & What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in measuring custom residential replacement windows
• Proven supervisory and team management experience in the construction industry
• Professionalism with client facing experience
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• General computer knowledge
• HS Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee job setup including materials, crew assignments, and logistics
• Responsible for communicating expectations between company and customer
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or challenges
• Measure to order residential replacement windows, roofing, siding, and doors
• Ensure GSE safety regulations are being followed
• Maintain high standards of workmanship
