In this position, you’ll manage the project installations and act as the point of contact for our homeowners. Requirements
- 2 years hospitality experience
- Comfortable with basic geometry and math
- Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews ok.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
- A background check will be conducted for this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple installations.
- Manage multiple crews.
- Crew recruitment.
- Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
- Keep records of installation progress
- Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
- Daily communication with clients and crews on project progress and timeline
- Change orders and “up selling”.
