About The Position

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA. The Construction Project Manager will: oversee interior facility renovation and tenant improvement projects preconstruction through closeout. responsible for documentation management, procurement and buyout, scope control, and coordination with Los Angeles County agencies. T Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Requirements

  • BS Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of construction project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience managing projects within Los Angeles County, including familiarity with local permitting and inspection processes
  • Strong background in project coordination, procurement, and buyout
  • Experience working in occupied facilities or phased renovation environments preferred
  • Proficiency with CMIC, Bluebeam, BIM or similar construction management platforms
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
