About The Position

We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects in a self-perform environment. This role is focused on how the work actually gets built — including budgeting, production, and field execution. If your background is primarily managing subcontractors as a GC, this likely won’t be the right fit.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience in a self-perform construction environment
• Strong understanding of production, labor, and build sequencing
• Proven ability to manage projects $2M+
• Ability to read drawings and specs
• Experience with Procore or similar tools

Nice To Haves

• Background in self-perform trades (interiors, concrete, framing, etc.)
• Experience managing field crews and production directly
• Former superintendent or foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Build and manage budgets based on real production and labor
• Drive field execution, productivity, and sequencing
• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and performance
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate materials, labor, and workflow
• Communicate with clients, field teams, and leadership
