About The Position

The Project Management team manages major capital projects for condominium communities and HOAs. We’re the steady hand guiding associations through big moments: rebuilds, repairs, upgrades, and everything in between. You’ll be the one who brings order to chaos, clarity to confusion, and confidence to clients who rely on your judgment to deliver construction projects on time and on budget. You own your projects end-to-end. No micromanagement. Just responsibility and support when you need it. Your work has visible impact. What you manage gets built - new roofs, structure repairs, major system replacements, storm recovery work. You work with people who want your expertise. Board members, community managers, residents - they all look to you for guidance. Every day is different. Site visits, contractor meetings, solution crafting, problem-solving - you won’t be bored. We value clarity and professionalism. If you love running well-organized projects, this is an environment where that shines.
