Requirements
- Applicable Experience: 6-9 years
- Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from initial planning and design through project closeout and final completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts
- Monitor schedules and expenditures to ensure projects remain on track and within approved funding
- Lead the selection and coordination of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee contract administration and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Joint Commission and hospital standards
- Conduct quality assurance and safety oversight throughout the construction process
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and installation of medical equipment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to design standards, bidding processes, reporting, and project management practices
