Under general supervision of the Director of Facility Maintenance, the Project Manager is primarily responsible for coordination of resources to successfully complete projects according to schedule and budget availability. This position requires experience in construction, renovation, Life Safety Codes, and planning and management of projects in the healthcare environment. Accomplishes the Sage Memorial Hospital (SMH) construction and renovation goals by planning and organizing the assigned functions required to operate and maintain departmental activities and services.
