Requirements

3+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Technical knowledge of building materials, restoration techniques, and safety standards.
Familiarity with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead restoration and construction projects from start to finish: estimating, budgeting, planning, and execution.
Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with timelines, quality, and budget.
Oversee contractors and onsite personnel, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
Monitor project progress, costs, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, sales) to align on project goals.
Source materials and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships.
Resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively.
Present compelling value propositions to clients to support project sales.
