About The Position

AECOM is currently seeking one Construction Project Management Manager for Arlington, VA office. This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. Experience in Data Center Construction. Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Create and implement detailed MOP's and SOP's for all procedures through out the campus Responsible for overseeing filling out asset data entry spreadsheets, applying asset tags to all new equipment (OFCI, CFCI, or other) per client's provided guidelines, and importing information into Procore per the client's asset tagging SOP Coordinate communication with vendors on behalf of client for OFCI equipment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
