About The Position

Property Masters is a semi-national residential construction company and a premier leader in the Single-Family Residential (SFR/default mortgage space) industry. We’re known for our fast-paced, rewarding environment where driven individuals can learn, grow, and build lasting careers. Our Project Managers are out in the field every day—leading renovations, coordinating crews, and transforming homes. Now, we’re excited to offer that same real-world experience to emerging talent. Are you a college senior pursuing a degree in construction management… or a soon-to-be trade school graduate with hands-on construction knowledge? Are you eager to learn what it really looks like to run renovation projects from start to finish? This internship gives you direct field experience, mentorship from seasoned Project Managers, and exposure to real residential construction operations—not just classroom theory. This is not behind-the-desk work… this is the job that puts you on site, learning how to lead projects, manage subs, and build your career the right way. This internship may also lead to full-time employment with Property Masters for outstanding performers.
