About The Position

AECOM Hunt is looking to add a Construction Project Management Director to our team of professionals in Sacramento, CA. Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. Requirements

  • BS and 12 years of construction project management or AA/AS and 14 years of relevant experience or HSD and 16 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • 12 years of experience in Construction Project Management from a large general contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction code, permitting, etc.
  • Prior experience in project management on construction projects in excess of 1MM.
  • Experience in scheduling, vendor management, client relations, problem resolution through close-out on large construction projects.
  • OSHA 10.

Responsibilities
