This position is responsible for day-to-day success of a segment of the organization’s operations in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates with other organizational leaders to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures for the organization. Ensures employee conformance to established guidelines and provides proper direction and training. Works to analyze the impact of decisions/changes before execution. Ensures that all employees within area of responsibility are working toward a common goal and are meeting functional goal simultaneously. Identifies roadblocks and provides assistance in developing work around opportunities for team members. Develops and tracks budgetary guidelines on a weekly basis, presenting results to leadership. Works cooperatively with senior level clients to build and maintain relationships. Works cooperatively with other senior team members to ensure the company’s objections are being met. Develops and implements both short-, and long-term goals for organization. Demonstrates the ability to train, motivate, mentor, and retain personnel in order to balance staffing strengths with profitability and organizational growth. Constantly monitors and adjusts business segment financial projections. Performs other duties as required by leadership.
