What we offer YOU: $50k-$65k – commensurate with experience Medical Dental Vision 401K Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability What you’ll be doing: Gain thorough understanding of business through interaction with senior level Project Managers and Superintendents. Review architectural drawings and specifications for assigned projects, develop an initial scope document, and establish the project in multiple bid solicitation software platforms. Organize and review subcontractor/vendor bids and perform bid leveling on received bids. Assist the Project Manager in performing buyout of the job and coordinating subcontract and vendor PO creation with the Project Administration team. Attend pre-construction meetings and collaborate with the Project Manager throughout the entire project to drive it to completion and exceed customer expectations. Request and compile material and labor pricing to finalize change order requests. Create and maintain project logs and status reports as required by the Owner. Assist Project Manager and Project Administration teams in collecting the information necessary to submit monthly project pay application packages. Schedule and conduct review meetings with senior-level Project Managers to assess project status and provide feedback. Create and disperse O&M manuals and close out documents.
