About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple landscape construction projects. This leadership role focuses on operational efficiency, team development, scheduling oversight, and ensuring high-quality project execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong field and operational experience, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to improving workflows and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction or landscape operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Solid understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and field coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and performance monitoring
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations across multiple active landscape projects
• Lead, mentor, and support project managers, foremen, and field crews
• Improve operational processes, scheduling systems, and resource planning strategies
• Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and overall profitability
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and company procedures
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material resources across job sites
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
• Communicate regularly with leadership and project teams regarding performance metrics
