About The Position

The Construction Millwright is responsible for safely servicing all RoyOMartin facilities. Assist the supervisor with on-site projects and issues that may develop Safely performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on all plant mechanical equipment Ability to cut and weld for fabrication Ability to perform sprocket alignments, change various types of bearings, and properly measure layouts Properly and safely rig heavy machinery components Requires flexibility to travel to all RoyOMartin facilities as necessary, which may occasionally involve extended assignments

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Outstanding safety and attendance record
One year of industrial experience required, three years of mechanical experience in an industrial environment, preferred
Mechanical aptitude
Good verbal and communication skills
Attention to detail in all areas
Ability to grasp concepts easily
Flexibility with working overtime and weekends as needed
Proactive, positive approach to the safety of him/herself and others
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Self-motivation and strong work ethic
Sense of urgency to prepare and complete tasks
Detail orientation
