Requirements

5+ years of residential construction or remodeling project management
Experience with rehab, renovation, or housing construction
Knowledge of local building codes and HUD standards
Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking skills
Experience managing multiple job sites
Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Ability to inspect residential properties and construction sites
Ability to climb stairs and navigate active job sites

Responsibilities

Manage residential construction and remodeling projects (minor to full gut rehab)
Schedule and oversee contractors and subcontractors
Create scopes of work, cost estimates, and project timelines
Review and select contractor bids
Track budgets, materials, and job costs
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and HUD standards
Coordinate inspections, utilities, and project logistics
Maintain accurate project data in CRM and tracking systems
