Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
  • Present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders.
  • Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence.
  • Analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
  • Review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
  • Translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff.
  • Manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
  • Ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
