We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will lead teams, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with all plans, specifications, and codes. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 10+ years of previous Construction Manager experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat
  • Ability to walk, stand, drive, sit, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling height
  • Exposure to loud noise levels at job sites
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable laws
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Previous experience with Dash and Xactimate a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
  • Manage construction teams and assign jobs
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and completion timelines
  • Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, scope of work, and local codes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, contracts, and change orders
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with crew
