Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available and offer restoration services 24/7 We believe in serving our community members by providing relief during a time when they need it most We're looking for a Construction Manager. You'll be responsible for: Oversee and lead the Gulfport Reconstruction division comprised of Project Managers, Team Coordinators, and Technicians Meet or exceed departmental quality targets and improve the customer experience Be a leader through continuous process improvements, implementation of state-of-the-art technology and business strategies Maintain a strong and skilled reconstruction team by equipping them with tools/resources, supplying service divisions, and identifying team staffing needs Partner with Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits, work through reconstruction project problems, and ensure team has support needed to succeed Maintaining relationships with existing clients Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion

Requirements

5+ years of reconstruction experience
2+ years of experience leading a team
High School Diploma/GED required, higher education preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Insurance reconstruction experience a plus

Responsibilities
